Campers and visitors RULES AND REGULATIONS

Campground is privately owned. We reserve the right to refuse service and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to campers, loss of money, jewelry or valuables. Disorderly conduct, intoxication, obscene acts or language WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!!!!

You are responsible for any damage caused by you, your children or guests. TO help make everyone’s stay pleasant as possible, we have developed these policies.

The camping season begins on May 15 and ends on Oct. 15. Seasonal campers are allowed in the park before and after the season, with site fee paid. Campers are responsible to maintain their sites in a neat an orderly manner.

WE TAKE PRIDE IN OUR CAMPGROUND. OUR PLANS FOR FUTURE IMPROVEMENT TO FURTHER ENHANCE THE BEAUTY AND ADD TO YOUR COMFORT REQUIRES PERIODIC CHANGE TO THESE POLICIES. WE ENCOURAGE YOUR SUGGESTIONS AND IDEAS.

  • Office hours Monday-Thursday 11:00am-7:00pm | Friday-Sunday 10:00am -? WITH ADJUSTMENT FOR HOLIDAYS
  • Registered campers must be 21. ONE family per site. NO PARKING ON SOMEONE ELSES SITE VISITORS MUST REGISTER AT THE OFFICE and be visiting a registered camper, who is present on the grounds! VISITORS who stay longer than 20 minutes must pay a visitors fee. It is the licensee responsibility to register visitors who arrive in his vehicle or at times when the office is closed.
  • CHECK IN 1:00pm. Register as soon as office opens. 
  • CHECK OUT 11:00am Late checkout $10.00, after 3:00pm full site charge.
  • QUIET HOURS 11:00PM-8:00AM and CHILDREN MUST BE WITH THEIR PARENTS BY 10:00PM
  • Fire in fireplace ONLY!!! NO flames exceeding 2 Feet. DO NOT LEAVE FIRE UNATTENED!!!!!NO BURNING GARBAGE!!
  • NO FIREARMS OF ANY KIND!!!
  • 5 mph on grounds. NO mini bikes, ATV’s, motorized scooters, motor skate boards and similar motorized vehicles. WHEN RIDING A BIKE A HELMET MUST BE WORN! NEW YORK STATE LAW.
  • Only Electric Golf Carts are allowed on the grounds with the purchase of a permit from management. Need Proof of Insurance. Only adults 16 years old and above with a registered license can operate them. Must abide 5 MPH. The amount of passengers equals the number of seats, no exceptions. Registration cost is $25.00 a season. For transient golf carts charge will be $5.00 a day
  • Children and pets are not to be left unattended when you depart. Pets must be on a leash or tied at all times. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER PETS. Produce proof of rabies vaccination for your pets upon registration.
  • NO CHAIN SAWS. DO NOT: cut any trees, limbs, or brush, peel bark from trees, carve on trees or picnic tables. $50.00 fine and eviction.
  • Restroom /showers open 24 hours, except during cleaning. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Septic system requires NOTHING BUT TOILET PAPER IN TOILETS. Place sanitary products and diapers in proper containers. No washing clothes, dishes or cooking utensils in the lavatories or showers.
  • Absolutely NO GRAY OR BLACK WATER dumped on the ground STATE LAW.
  • Garbage/Recyclables must be separated. Purchase garbage bags at office.
  • YOU MUST REGISTER AT THE OFFICE BEFORE YOU ENTER THE POOL!!! Dept. of Health rule. Children must be accompanied by an adult. POOL HOURS 11:00am-7:00pm DEPTH OF POOL 3 AND 5 FEET DEEP.
  • A campsite accommodates one recreational vehicle. A small tent (not to exceed 8x8) is allowed with permission from manager.
  • Only portable clothes lines may be utilized and MUST be in rear, extra refrigerators keep from view! All line attached to trees must be temporary. NO lines will be allowed to remain tied to trees when not in use.
  • NO sub leasing.
  • Site is licensed to head of household and immediate family. Immediate family is defined 2 adults and unmarried children under the age of 21 living at home.
  • Please respect the privacy of your neighbors. DO NOT WALK THROUGH THEIR SITES. Please remind your children and guests.
  • Toddler’s playground equipment is to use ONLY by children under 60 pounds.
  • FOR SALE signs, commercial enterprises, and solicitation by approval of the manager.
  • NO SITE REFUNDS!!!!
    SEASONAL INFORMATION
  • Lot rent is due on your due date, unless prior arrangement is made with the office manager. After 5 days past due date a $50.00 late fee will be assessed. Each additional day will incur an additional $ 5.00 per day late fee. If rent is not paid, you are not authorized to stay here and you will be evicted.
  • Electric bill will be sent out each month. If your site is metered it will be read when you check in and subsequently each month. If you do not get a bill it is your responsibility to check with the office And get your meter read. If you are billed and you do not pay your electric bill within 7 days a $10.00 late fee will be assessed.
  • IF YOUR BILLS ARE NOT PAID YOU WILL BE EVICTED. YOU WILL BE EVICTED FROM PINE RIDGE PARK CAMPSITE AFTER YOU HAVE MISSED PAYING YOUR LOT RENT BY 10 DAYS OR MORE.

RECYCLING

  • Garbage bags-$3.00 for seasonals only at Office
  • Needle only: that are raked at your site can be deposited in an area designated by management, ONLY NEEDLES
  • STICKS AND BRANCHES can be put on the pile designated by the management.
  • ASHES FROM YOUR FIREPLACES. (Please Ask at office) DO NOT PUT them in the woods or behind your campers on the ground.
  • NOTE: do not put trash behind your camp!

APPLIANCES, RUGS, PAINT CANS, AND OLD PROPANE TANKS AND OTHER MISC. ITEMS


Please keep the picnic area and playground area neat and orderly. Thank you for your cooperation it is very much appreciated by our staff.
